amazing stay!
friendly staff clean hotel replenished water
the staff was super friendly and helpful. i especially loved how clean everything was. i found plenty of towels in both the bathroom and at the pool and a mini bar was available in the room with a litre of water that was replenished daily i would love to stay here again.
i sometimes found it difficult to locate an available lift.

Wonderful Stay in Tenerife
friendly staff clean hotel amazing buffet
i found the staff to be very friendly. the hotel was super clean and very clean. it had a lovely atmosphere. the buffet selection was amazing, and the food and wine were really good. i particularly appreciated the ability to book sunbeds in advance.
i booked a sunbed using the app, but when i returned after breakfast, someone had removed my towel. it turned out the app double-booked the beds, and this happened almost daily. this app error was quite frustrating.

the buffet had a large selection, and as a junior suite guest, i ate at the one restaurant. it featured both buffet and a la carte options for breakfast and dinner, so it was quite convenient.

road noise leaf blowers
the room was clean and well kept .
i booked a junior suite but did not get an option for a pool view. my road-facing room was noisy, especially from 3 am with constant traffic. leaf blowers started at 7:30 am, which i found quite annoying. the noise ruined my stay..
